Currently, Mr. Brown works as the Institutional Review Board (IRB) administrator at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he leads the IRB administration team on day-to-day operational activities. He provides technical, administrative leadership, and expertise for IRB review committee management and oversight to support the achievement of center goals. Justin wants to utilize his administrative experience to update the County Clerk's office by providing increased accessibility to the residents, update processes to provide timely oriented solutions, and provide a transformational leadership style approach to create a customer service first culture in the County Clerks office.
Justin believes in these trying times it is essential now more than ever that the Nassau County Clerks office provides the residents of Nassau County a more user-friendly simple process that will also ensure that all documents and staff members to help you through the process are accessible from home.
As one of the most important offices in the Nassau County Justin plans on ensuring the County Clerks office is provided with the most up to date software system to increase productivity and decrease turnaround time on request on documentation request.
